We were a family of 4 and hence took two-of-a-kind studio. Before arrival they had asked to register on one of their sites, and update details there, I think that speeded up the check-in process. They just checked our passports and handed us our key cards. As per the previous reviews, I asked during check-in itself if toiletries were present, so whatever wasn't like slippers, toothbrush and paste, and the shaving kit they provided. The private kitchen had enough vessels, and if anything additional was needed we could get it from the level 4 communal kitchen. Towel change happens after 3 days [but I think its only on certain specific days of the week] and cleaning 1's a week Indian can find few restaurants and grocery store with indian food within 50 m. There is a garden area near the communal kitchen and lots of space to sit and chill or work at level 1. Faced a power fluctuation at one of the rooms in our two-of-a-kind studio 1 night, but the person at reception available "Ali" was really helpful, and offered us another room for the night as the technician to fix was available only the next day.

As a family, we wanted space, which is expensive in Singapore. Having taken the two of a kind twin rooms for our family stay, we had a lot of space for the money we spent compared to what other hotels had on offer. I really liked the level 4 sit out space near the big kitchen with a beautiful rooftop tree garden. The best value of this place is in its location and concept. Can't be described as a normal serviced apartment because of the additional shared facilities like coworking spaces, communal kitchens and laundromat, and things to do like activities and celebrations. It's not someone else's home like an Airbnb so you don't feel worried about stuff like cleaning fee. But it's not as specialised as a traditional hotel. It's something new that might really pick up in other places either for short term tourists or for young people in need of a place to stay for a medium to long time.

The hotel is very well equipped with all necessary amenities. It has even a gym, a common large kitchen with shared friges and a very good system to label our own food, and even a large chess board with all the pieces for our own use! The ambiance in the hotel lobby is quite nice, with the addition of a food court serving mostly pizza (and giving a 10% discount, although the pizza is rather expensive...) The location is not central but is next to a metro station (20 meters) and next to the India neighbourhood, with lots of restaurants, some of which are open 24 hours.

‏I like everything about this hotel: location is super , rooms very clean and good manteind .Staff is excellent I was privileged that Wei Han was at reception when I come , he was so friendly and helpful, very patiently explains everything about hotel room and Singapore . He was like angel during my twelve day stay in Singapore . Edward Lim was so kind looking for invents in Singapore during my stay, like a private konsijerge, I felt that he did really care, I have to mention Asraf for all help and care Thank you guys you made my vacation very special 🙏

The accommodation was easy to find and had a pick up and drop off zone at the side of the property. This was convenient when arriving and calling a grab to the airport. The location of Lyf Farrer Park was perfect. It was close to a shopping centre, hawker centres and the MRT. The room was nice and that it was cleaned every few days. The washer and dryer was a little expensive but they got the job done and had enough so there wasn't a line to use. A lot of seating area in the check in area was nice.
